Text Messages (SMS/MMS): When you use our messaging features, we process the content of text messages sent and received through our platform, phone numbers of message participants, message timestamps and delivery status, and media files attached to messages (images, documents).
Voice Calls: When you use our calling features, we process call metadata (phone numbers, duration, timestamps), call direction (inbound or outbound), and caller identification information where available.
Call Recording and Transcription: If you or your organization enable call recording, we record and store audio of phone calls made through our platform. Recordings may be transcribed to text. Call recording is controlled at the organization level and can be disabled. Recording disclosure is provided at the start of recorded calls. Recordings are stored securely and retained according to your organization settings.
Voicemail: We collect voicemail recordings left for your account, transcriptions of voicemail messages, and caller information associated with voicemails.
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording consent in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your call recipients. Many states require all-party consent for call recording.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our Services, including:
Service Delivery: To create and manage your account; to process transactions and send related information; to provide customer support; to send administrative messages, updates, and security alerts; and to respond to your requests and inquiries.

Third-Party Processing: To provide these capabilities, message and call content may be processed by third-party services including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and Google. These providers process data according to their privacy policies and our data processing agreements.
Human Review: In limited circumstances, our team may review communications to improve service quality, investigate issues, or respond to support requests. Any human review is conducted under strict confidentiality.
You control how these features work for your account through your organization settings.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
Account Information: Retained while your account is active and for up to 3 years after account closure for legal and business purposes.
Communications Data: Text messages and call metadata are retained according to your organization settings, with a default retention period of 7 years for business records purposes.
Call Recordings: Stored according to your organization settings. You may configure automatic deletion periods. Recordings are permanently deleted upon request or account termination.
Usage Data: Aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely. Individual usage logs are retained for up to 2 years.
Legal Requirements: We may retain information longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.
Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Opt-Out Processing: When a recipient replies STOP or otherwise opts out, we automatically process the opt-out and prevent future messages.
