These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messaging services provided through the SalesPartner platform.

1. Program Description

SalesPartner, operated by Hyperlocal Inc., provides a business communication platform that enables organizations to communicate with their customers, leads, and contacts via SMS (Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) text messages.

Through our platform, businesses may send and receive:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

• Lead follow-up and qualification messages

• Customer service communications

• Business transaction notifications

• Marketing and promotional messages (with proper consent)

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with businesses using our platform and the communication preferences you have established with those businesses.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number to a business using SalesPartner and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from that business through our platform.

Your consent includes:

• Transactional messages related to your business relationship

• Appointment-related communications

• Responses to your inquiries

• Marketing messages (if you specifically opted in)

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may choose to conduct business without receiving text messages.

By consenting to receive messages, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on:

• The nature of your relationship with the business

• Your communication preferences

• Ongoing conversations and inquiries

• Appointment schedules

Typical message frequency ranges from occasional messages to multiple messages per week, depending on your interactions. During active conversations, you may receive multiple messages within a short period.

You can control message frequency by:

• Adjusting your preferences with the business directly

• Opting out of marketing messages while keeping transactional messages

• Opting out of all messages entirely

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received through our platform.

These charges are imposed by your mobile carrier, not by SalesPartner or businesses using our platform. The amount of these charges depends on your mobile carrier and your mobile phone plan.

SalesPartner and businesses using our platform are not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

5. How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by:

Text STOP: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive. You will receive a one-time confirmation message.

Contact the Business: Reach out to the business directly and request to be removed from their messaging list.

Contact SalesPartner: Email support@salespartnerai.com with your phone number and the business name, and we will process your opt-out request.

After opting out:

• You will receive a confirmation message

• No further messages will be sent from that business

• Your opt-out is effective immediately

• You may need to opt out separately from each business if you receive messages from multiple businesses using our platform

Note: Opting out of marketing messages does not affect critical transactional messages related to active appointments or ongoing services. Contact the business directly to opt out of all communications.

6. How to Get Help

If you need assistance with text messaging services:

Text HELP: Reply HELP to any message you receive to get support information.

Contact the Business: Reach out to the business that sent you the message for questions about their services.

Businesses using our platform are required to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits:

• Unsolicited messages (spam)

• Illegal or fraudulent content

• Misleading or deceptive information

• Content that violates third-party rights

• Adult or offensive content

• Messages to numbers on do-not-call lists (for marketing)

If you receive messages that violate these standards, please report them to support@salespartnerai.com.

10. Delivery and Timing

Message Delivery: While we make every effort to deliver messages promptly, delivery times may vary based on carrier networks, mobile device status, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee delivery of any specific message.

Message Timing: Businesses using our platform are required to send messages only during reasonable hours (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM in your local time zone) unless you have specifically agreed to receive messages at other times.

If you receive messages outside these hours or have concerns about message timing, please contact the business directly or report the issue to support@salespartnerai.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes:

• We will update the Effective Date at the top of this page

• For significant changes, we may notify you via text message

• Changes will be posted on our website

Your continued receipt of messages after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may opt out of messages at any time.
