Connect SalesPartner to Monday.com to keep your project boards updated with lead activity. Every conversation update appears in your workspace.

Why Connect Monday.com?

If your team uses Monday.com to manage work, this integration keeps everyone in the loop.

When SalesPartner talks to a lead, the integration posts updates directly to your Monday.com boards. Your team sees activity without leaving Monday.

This works best if you already track leads in Monday.com boards.

Getting Your API Key

You need a Monday.com API key to connect. Here's how to get one:

1. Log in to Monday.com 2. Click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner 3. Select Developers from the menu 4. Click My API Tokens in the left sidebar 5. If you don't have a token, click Generate 6. Copy the token — you'll paste it in SalesPartner

Important: This token gives SalesPartner access to your Monday.com account. Keep it private and never share it.

If you're not the Monday.com admin, ask your team lead to generate a token or give you developer access.

Setting Up the Integration

Once you have your API key:

1. Open the SalesPartner app 2. Go to SettingsIntegrations 3. Find the Monday.com section 4. Toggle the switch to Enable 5. Paste your API key in the field 6. Click Test Connection

If the test succeeds, you'll see your Monday.com account name. That means you're connected.

What happens next: When leads are synced from your existing Monday.com boards, SalesPartner will post updates to those items. New activity like messages, appointments, and status changes will appear as updates in Monday.com.

Testing Your Connection

Always test before assuming it works.

After entering your API key, click Test Connection. You'll see one of two results:

Green checkmark — "Connected!" Your API key is valid. SalesPartner can talk to Monday.com.

Red X — "Connection failed" Something's wrong. Common causes:

  • Typo in the API key — Copy/paste carefully. Extra spaces break it.
  • Expired token — Generate a new one in Monday.com.
  • Wrong permissions — Your token needs write access to boards.
  • Network issues — Try again in a minute.

If it still won't connect, double-check that your Monday.com account is active and you have the right permissions.

What Gets Synced

SalesPartner sends updates to Monday.com when specific things happen:

Messages: - When a lead texts you (message received) - When you or SalesPartner sends a message - When scheduled messages are sent - If a message fails to deliver

Appointments: - When a lead books a meeting - When appointment reminders are sent

Status changes: - When a contact's status changes in SalesPartner

Each update appears on the lead's item in Monday.com with a timestamp and details.

Note: For updates to post, the contact must already be linked to a Monday.com item. SalesPartner syncs activity for existing connections — it doesn't create new items automatically.

Troubleshooting

Updates not appearing in Monday.com?

Check these common issues:

1. Integration enabled? — Go to Settings → Integrations and verify the toggle is on.

2. API key valid? — Run the connection test again. Keys can expire.

3. Contact linked? — The lead must be connected to a Monday.com item. If they came in through a web form instead of Monday.com, they won't have an item to update.

4. Notifications enabled? — Check which update types you've enabled. If "Message Received" is off, incoming messages won't sync.

5. Board permissions? — Your API key needs access to the specific board where the item lives.

Still stuck? Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration. Sometimes a fresh start fixes sync issues.

If nothing works, contact support with your Monday.com account name and the time you expected an update. We can check the logs.
