Getting Started

Setting Up Your Account

Everything you need to know after signing up. Complete your profile, add business information, and configure your settings.

What Happens After Signup

After you sign up for SalesPartner, our team reviews your information and gets your account ready. You'll receive an email when everything is set up.

This typically takes one business day. We use this time to configure your account based on your industry, business type, and preferences so everything works right from the start.

Completing Your Profile

Your profile information helps SalesPartner represent your business accurately when talking to leads. Here's what you can set up:

Your Name — First and last name. This appears when leads ask who they're speaking with.

Job Title — Your role at the company. Helps establish credibility with leads.

Contact Info — Your email and phone number. These are for your records only and aren't shared with leads.

Changes save automatically as you make them. No need to click a save button.

Business Information

During signup, you provide essential business details that shape how SalesPartner handles your leads:

Company Name — How your business appears in conversations.

Industry & Specialty — We use this to customize conversation style and qualification questions for your specific market.

Business Description — A summary of what you do. This helps answer common questions from leads.

Service Area — If location matters for your business, you can set a service radius. Leads outside your area can be flagged or handled differently.

Setting Your Business Hours

Business hours tell SalesPartner when you're available and how to handle leads outside those times.

Standard Hours — The default is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm in your timezone. You can customize hours for each day.

After Hours — SalesPartner keeps working when you're closed. It qualifies leads and schedules appointments for your next available time.

Timezone — We detect this automatically, but you can change it in settings. All scheduling uses your timezone, not the lead's.

Choosing a Qualification Framework

Your qualification framework determines what questions SalesPartner asks to evaluate leads. You pick this during signup:

Need/Timeline (NT) — The simplest option. Focuses on what the lead needs and when they need it.

BANT — Adds Budget and Authority to Need and Timeline. Good for higher-value sales.

CHAMP — Leads with challenges. Useful for solution-selling businesses.

VIBE — Our modern framework that focuses on value, impact, buying process, and expectations.

You can change your framework later in settings. Visit the Qualification section of this help center to learn more about each one.

Optional: Brand & Marketing Details

You can add extra details to help SalesPartner sound more like your company:

Tagline — Your company's main message or slogan.

Value Proposition — What makes you different from competitors.

Competitive Advantages — Specific strengths leads should know about.

Current Promotions — Active offers or discounts SalesPartner can mention.

Business Tags — Descriptors like "Family-Owned," "Licensed & Insured," or "24/7 Service" that build trust with leads.

These are all optional. You can add them during signup or come back later.
