Choose between light mode, dark mode, or system theme to match your preference.

Customizing Appearance

SalesPartner adapts to how you like to work. Some people prefer bright screens, others prefer dark. Choose what's comfortable for you.

Why appearance matters: - Reduces eye strain during long sessions - Matches your device preferences - Works better in different lighting conditions - Personal preference—it's your workspace

Available options: - Light mode (bright backgrounds) - Dark mode (dark backgrounds) - System (follows your device)

Your choice is saved and syncs across devices when you log in.

Available Themes

Three theme options let you control how SalesPartner looks.

Light Mode: Classic bright interface with white backgrounds and dark text. Best for: - Bright office environments - Daytime use - People who prefer traditional interfaces

Dark Mode: Dark backgrounds with light text. Best for: - Low-light environments - Evening or nighttime work - Reducing eye strain - Saving battery on OLED screens

System: Automatically matches your device's theme setting. If your phone or computer is set to dark mode, SalesPartner follows. When you switch your device to light mode, SalesPartner switches too.

System mode is great if you already use automatic theme switching on your device—SalesPartner just goes with the flow.

Changing Your Theme

Switch themes anytime from the settings menu.

To change your theme: 1. Open Settings 2. Find Appearance or Theme 3. Tap your preferred option (Light, Dark, or System) 4. The change applies immediately

The theme picker: You'll see three options displayed as buttons: - Sun icon = Light - Moon icon = Dark - Auto icon = System

Tap one to select it. The selected option shows as highlighted.

Instant preview: When you tap a theme option, the app immediately switches. You can see exactly how it looks before you leave settings. Try each one to see what feels right.

System Theme Option

System theme syncs with your device's display settings.

How it works: - SalesPartner checks your device's theme preference - When your device is in dark mode, SalesPartner is dark - When your device is in light mode, SalesPartner is light - Changes happen automatically

Best for: - People who schedule dark mode at night - Those who want one setting to control everything - Users who switch themes based on time of day

On phones: Most phones let you schedule dark mode (like "sunset to sunrise"). With system theme, SalesPartner follows that schedule automatically.

On computers: Desktop operating systems also support automatic themes. SalesPartner respects those settings too.

Syncing Across Devices

Your theme preference saves to your account and follows you.

How syncing works: - Choose a theme on one device - The setting syncs to your account - Log into another device and see the same theme

Exception: System mode If you use System mode, each device follows its own system setting. Your phone might be in dark mode while your computer is light—and SalesPartner matches each one appropriately.

When syncing happens: Theme changes sync shortly after you make them. If you switch devices immediately, there might be a brief delay before the setting updates.

Offline changes: If you change themes while offline, the setting saves locally first. It syncs to your account when you're back online.
